Catalog 2024 - 2025

A.A. track - Engineering - 11180

Students intending to transfer into one of the state’s universities to complete a four-year degree are encouraged to review the admission requirements (including prerequisites) of their intended institution.

Recommended curriculum for Engineering majors seeking to transfer to UCF to purse the B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Course requirements may differ slightly if planning to transfer to another institution, so students should seek guidance from that institution. Also, course requirements may differ slightly if planning to enter a different field of engineering (Civil, Chemical, Electrical, etc.), so students should seek guidance from the transfer institution. The Engineering major works best if you can start in the highest math for which you are qualified, based on P.E.R.T. score, as you are expected to complete through MAC 2313 Calculus III before transfer.
