A.A. track - Health Science - 11550
Students intending to transfer into one of the state’s universities to complete a four-year degree are encouraged to review the admission requirements (including prerequisites) of their intended institution.
This A.A. program track listed is a representative sample. If you wish to pursue a specific transfer major here at Indian River State College (IRSC), please review the major's web page for program-specific requirements and consult with you assigned IRSC Advisor. If you wish to transfer to another institution after completion of your A.A. degree, IRSC is not able to guarantee acceptance of all general education coursework. Please consult the institution's web page regarding procedures for transfer credits.
When you graduate from Indian River State College with an A.A. degree, your diplomas will say Associate in Arts. Even though you'll have picked a specialization, or 'transfer track,' so you are prepared for your upper division coursework, IRSC doesn't identify this as an individual 'major'. Your assigned Academic Advisor can help you create a personalized academic plan which outlines the correct classes to take each semester so that you have a smooth and successful transfer.
