RET 2490 I.V. Therapy (O)

This course teaches principles of intravenous therapy including patient assessment, I.V. insertion, monitoring, discontinuing, maintaining, regulating, intervening and evaluation of therapy. Students are required to demonstrate mastery of skills. Students should possess an A.S. Degree in Respiratory Care or the equivalent. State of Florida Respiratory Care License required.
