EMS 2601C Paramedic I
This course provides introductory-level instruction in advanced life support emphasizing the theory and skills required to recognize, assess, plan, and comprehensively manage acutely ill and injured patients. Students participate in a combination of classroom discussions, online exercises, and scenario-based skills lab practice and application as well as physical conditioning. Requires acceptance to the Paramedic program. Students must maintain Paramedic program eligibility throughout the course.
