DAA 1202 Intermediate Ballet I

This course teaches the beginning intermediate technique of classical ballet. Work at the barre, center floor and jumps are taught with emphasis on body alignment and position of the feet and arms. The introduction of human anatomy is studied to aid the student in the principles of human movement. Pointe work is continued, and partnering techniques are introduced.
