SLS 0461 Specialized Career Education, Basic 2 (N)

In this course, students learn the importance and management of interpersonal relationships, job seeking, and employability skills. Students learn to participate as a member of a team, demonstrate positive work attitudes and characteristics of a good employee, maintain positive relationships with co-workers and supervisors, identify steps of the job application process, prepare a resume, and dress and groom for employment. There is an introduction to work tools, equipment, systems, and materials.
